I think the apartment location was chosen for the close proximity to the hospital.
Meanwhile....an interiors remodel possibly gives them a triage set up, until said hospital is no longer avoidable????
I think the building was also chosen due to the low number of occupants (4), and building frontage on two streets; E. 26th and E. 27th.
