Doesn’t anyone notice that most of the men have on suit jackets much like hers? It was not too hot for a jacket. Her clothing was not her problem.

Good observation and I agree. I also noticed in the pic of him walking w/ Hill and the doctor, he looks mad or disgusted. IMO, he has a look on his face saying... not this chit again. No concern on his face at all.
