My common sense says you need to examine the patient, study medical records, consult with other medical professionals treating the patient, etc., etc., etc.

For a 100 % accurate diagnosis you’re obviously correct. But like in the OJ case I can only read what’s available and WATCH her body go limp. GUILTY!
