Montagraph’s information is gone now that he has made his videos private and he is a real nutty guy which didn’t help his credibility. But the details he laid out didn’t hang on his credibility.
What he found is that Nakoula made his film to show in some small theater in Los Angeles (IIRC the city) and he did ... to almost no one. There were four iterations of the video as a post above tells. He wasn’t the one who put it on Youtube. Or not the only one. Time has degraded my memory on that point.
There was another Youtube account, associated with several similarly named accounts, that used a logo with a peculiar font, who posted the video. In a very thorough image search the only other instance of that font was used by Stanley Inc. A State Dept. contractor. All those Youtube accounts disappeared quickly after Montagraph’s first video.
There were four versions of Nakoula's movie.
Only the final one was forwarded, by persons unknown, to Sheikh Khalid Abdullah the cleric in Cairo who aired it on TV. Nakoula, the maker of the original film, was not the one who uploaded the final version, Innocence of Muslims, to the internet.
Very curious. A completely insignificant and poorly made video that somehow becomes the focus of the Obama administration and the Secretary of State. When the emails to her daughter prove that Hillary knew that the video excuse was a lie from the very start.
Stanley Inc as a State Dept contractor is the obvious clue. It’s a good thing that our vaunted investigative media worked so hard to chase this clue down and see where it leads. /sarc
