Seattle’s full team interlocked arms and stood on the sideline. “Unity,” was their idea. Unity of a team asking for a more unified community. Cornerback Jeremy Lane, who took a knee during Seattle’s game last week, joined the team in locked arms. So the players agreed to act like a team with one voice here.

On the Dolphins, four players - Arian Foster, Kenny Stills, Michael Thomas and Jelani Jenkins - stood during a ceremony for the 9-11 victims on Sunday’s 15th anniversary. They then dropped to a knee at the start of the anthem. The rest of the team stood.

Overpaid assholes.

It’s kind of one of the reasons I’ve never been able to enjoy professional sports.

I had a seat three rows up at center court for a Seattle Supersonics game one time. My wife and I were given two seats by a friend of one of the players.

We left after the first quarter. I just saw a bunch of ridiculously rich thugs playing parking lot basketball. Not really interested. I’m a doer more than a watcher.

Stopped watching the NBA about 10 years ago and the NFL is getting into the same thug behavior. I love football but these f*ckwads now have me not watching for the first time in 30 years (85 Bears). Good riddance NFL. I’m out.

Translation: Linked arms means I support the team, on knee during the anthem, I don’t respect America or the American flag.

Lets find a list of all the disrespectful football players,
get a list of all the products they endorsed.
Publish the list and stay away from any of these companies.

“Unity of a team asking for a more unified community.”

Soooo... let me make sure I understand you seabirds. You want everyone to get on the same page, by doing something that’s on a different page.

The logic escapes me, but then I am an adult.

The taxpayers paid for the stadium and the salaries of the players thru high ticket prices and high cable prices and state taxes. My solution is to dock the teams with no tv and radio broadcast for 1 game. If they persist then they pay for everything, stadium, player salaries etc. and to heck with them.

I have been a Miami fan since the late 1960’s. If these over paid thugs hate the country that much, there are numerous other ones out there they can go to anytime these millionaires want. Oh but wait in none of these other countries will people pay them to play a game.

I haven’t watched a major league baseball game since they went on strike in 94 and I can more than live without the Dolphins and the National F&*&ed Crybaby League.

Tonight this is what I witnessed in the 49’s and Rams opening while the National Anthem was played and the huge Field Flag was being displayed by Military, Police and EMT’s.

2 rams raised fist black power monday

2 49’s kneel monday night, 1 was crapper.

Press was taking photos. Other team players were shaking his hand including white players.
