I just watched it zoomed in. The black agent actually had Hillary under her left arm, and at the last second before the white agent approaches from the right, you can see the black agent’s left hand appear under Clinton’s right arm. Hillary then appears to collapse forward toward the van.

If you look at her feet, they are dragging her into the van. She’s completely out.
