I suspect that was footage of her leaving the apartment BEFORE the event, and the MSM is trying to pass it off as footage of after.
After that medical episode I sincerely doubt she would have been leaving so soon... she might be in the ICU for all we know.

I have been overcome with heat related illnesses and was unable to walk for hours. I t took me over two weeks to recover from heat exhaustion but even just getting overheated took such a toll on me that I was unable to walk and was extremely weak.
