Others have commented about the bags under eyes, but that huge bump on her left cheek looks very odd. Did she fall again, or is that an allergic reaction, or is she suffering subcutaneous bleeding due to the anticoagulants she's on, or what?

I'm old enough to remember when the Soviets would prop up their very ill leaders for photographs, to show they were still in charge. Their Democrat successors seem to have mastered the same process.

Without makeup, I bet she now looks far worse than that National Enquirer picture.
