It’s not perfect, but its a lot better than the current “whatever gender you think you are today” business. There are very mannish women and very feminine men who were born that way. All reasonable people accept that and won’t over-scrutinize someone else in the locker room. But it does keep the “woman” with a large crotch bulge out of the women’s locker room. The current state of the law will not.

Just so private business owners can decide for themselves. The NC state law actually lets Target have it’s wackadoo policy, which allows for the ‘gender fluid.’ But it mandates that publically owned facilities are used by the correct sex.
