I can speak with authority with three draft classifications in that time period. The first is 1-A. We all started there. You were able to go to war. A lot of boys were killed by that Democratic war monger, LBJ. Democrats have a way to sending young boys to die, To avoid servicing boys went to college and got a 4-S. As long as you took 12 units each semester, you kept it. Drop out, you were 1-A and off to war you went. Funny thing about 4-% also. It was good for 4 years. That's it.
