She IS mentally impaired. Anyone who cannot recall things as much as her has some issues. The only other option is that she’s a liar. I think she’s both.

Compulsive lying and megalomania with no understanding of right and wrong are mental disorders. ANYONE who can't see this is also mentally impaired which describes half the country.
