What did your head strike to cause a massive and severe head injury requiring two hospital stays and brain surgery? Which “home” did the fall occur? Was a 9-1-1 call made? Was there an ambulance transport? Did any of your staff catch the same flu? Did the flu come on in Dublin? How did you get from Dublin to your home (which home?) in the US? Were you sick on that flight or when traveling?
