Blue State Blues: President Obama Will Have to Pardon Hillary Clinton(Pardon w/o Indictment?)
Breitbart ^ | 9/9/16 | Joel Pollack

Posted on 09/09/2016 6:09:20 AM PDT by Be Careful

Clinton is still the favorite to win in November, but the mounting scandals will follow her to the White House — unless President Barack Obama pardons her, which looks both necessary and likely.

Without any evidence, and like it or not, to date, none of the emails from the DNC, or State or the Clinton Foundation tie Obama to any of it.

At best he turned a blind eye... Obama is not Clinton... I would be hard pressed to believe he was active in any of her shenanigans to bankroll her slush fund... aware of it, probably, actively part of it? Doubtful.

He can’t pardon her for violations of state criminal laws.
The Constitution provides that
Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
But there is no penalty stipulated for violating the prohibition against corruption. Perhaps she should have been sued over the Clinton Foundation, and forced either to give up any input into how the Foundation worked - or, better, remove her from her post as SoS. Coulda, shoulda . . .

But the states could pass laws in response to the foundation scandal; I (futilley) wrote my Repub state legislator to urge that violator of that constitutional ban should not be allowed on the ballot in my state. If the purple states or even most of them, had passed that perfectly unexceptionable law Hillary could not have been nominated by a major party.

You have not seen the evidence yet. It’s there.

Again, to date nothing that has leaked ties Obama to any of this.. if it comes out great... but I wouldn’t hold my breath. What benefit does Obama get from Hillary and Bill selling access to pad their slush fund?

Obama certainly has committed crimes while in office, but I really don’t see anything related to the Clinton Foundation/State Department/DNC scandal that implicates him to date, or see any obvious motivation for him to be involved in any of it.

You have not seen i. It is being used as what I call an “Ace in the Hole”. What we see reported is only the surface.

Again if it surfaces great, but pardon me if I don’t hold my breath.

Everyone claims evidence of things, that never ever seems to materialize.

There is little motivation for Obama to be involved with Hillary selling access to put money in her slush fund at state.. it offers him no real return, so while I can see him turning a blind eye to it, its a difficult path to see him being directly involved without some direct benefit.

IF it exists, great, lets see it.. but pardon me if I don’t hold my breath waiting for it because someone wants to conjecture it exists.

If there is, what was the motive... that should be able to be seen even if evidence is not... there is no real obvious motive for Obama to allow money, or even directly encourage money, to be funneled to Hillary’s slush fund.

Oh, I meant 3.3 billion. But where is the outrage? How much do we spend on defense in one year?

The involvement with ISIS is the big issue.

You are correct -— no one in congress will stand up to him. Why? It’s the old racial problem. That is why he’s had a free ride for seven years. Had the Republicans tried to throttle OBama, 50% of the U.S. population would have been in sympathy with B.O. and Republicans would have had a public relations problem on their hands. Note that IMO this is why FBI Comey did not suggest indictment of HRC -— he knew that under the current administration, the indictment/trial would fail and HRC would be exonerated forever, and never able to be re-indicted again (double jeopardy). But if Trump is successful, then a new administration could bring charges (first time indictment) against HRC with good chances of success. Now, if BO pardons HRC before he leaves office, there is still at least one possibility: if Trump is elected, one possibility is (I know, here we go again) to vigorously investigate BO’s legitimacy to hold the office of President (birth location, parentage, nationality, etc.). If the Republicans hold a majority in Congress, what would they have to lose going after BO bigtime if HRC is president? Prove that BO is a genuine traitor/usurper and then have congress/Supreme Court declare that ALL Presidential acts for the last seven years are null-and-void. Thus a BO pardon of HRC would be null-and-void, she would then be “Fair Game” and he would be also!!! Everybody say “Amen”.

1.3 billion is the number, not 3.3 trillion. Easily could be mispeak by the newsreader.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

Or the dumass news reader doesn’t know the difference between a billion and a trillion.

Please don’t anybody tell obunghole what comes after a trillion.

Of course, none of us will forget any of it, much like a judge telling jurors to ignore some bombshell they just heard. But coverage of the email mess would dry up overnight.

Like telling someone to unremember something.

Thanks a lot for the precedent, Gerald Ford.

I do believe it cost Ford the election.

Obama turned a blind eye, if he had any inkling at all, but I highly doubt he was active in any of that.

But he did learn from the Clintons, he is already setting up his own Obama Crime Foundation.

Oh I have no doubt he will create his own slush fund when he leaves office... but that’s a far cry from being an active participant in Clinton’s deeds... Like I said, on that stuff, at most Barry turned a blind eye most likely.

He certainly has committed crimes, but as far as anything that’s come out from the DNC/Clinton Foundation or Hillary’s emails... nothing there that remotely implicates Barry as directly involved in any of the malfeasance.
