I remember this kerfuffle. To me it looked exactly like a T.E.N.S. unit used to relieve back pain.
It was a rectangular box thing between Bush’s shoulder blades in the back under his jacket. At the time I believed it to be a transmitter thingie and he was getting fed lines. This is years later...those transmitting things I believe now fit snugly in the ear. I saw one in Obummer’s ear when he was campaigning and I firmly believe that was what was in Hillary’s ear last night. She’s a cheat so it is no surprise.
