Say something enough times and it becomes truth. It's the Clinton way of lying and has kept both of them out of jail since day one. We have to remember they are/were lawyers who are overly proficient at playing with words. (”Constructive lying”) I have had a part of creating local and county laws with lawyers who had input to the wording of those laws. Change one little word and the entire intent of the law can be swayed, it's what they do.
