It’s a complete lie, he’s not a regular secret service agent because he’s never dressed like the rest of them around here. And SS agents don’t carry around a medication injector in his hand ready to stick Hillary if she has a mini seizure!

He might be retired SS working privately based on some especially friendly relationship, might have a fitness waiver, special med background, etc.
An MD, especially a specialist, would have been ID’d by now. A SS guy or some other government employee could expect to remain somewhat anonymous.

The Clinton’s have had a SS detail for decades. I’m sure they’ve slipped in some of their own people onto the government payroll.
I just read Clint Hill’s book, Five Presidents, in which he chronicled his experiences protecting Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, and Ford (and some of their wives and family). He made this same point throughout the book: SS agents are forbidden to touch the people they are assigned to protect unless, for example, the latter extend a hand in greeting.
