New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has the power to force the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Health Access Initiative to publicly disclose the names of foreign governments and the millions they donate each year to the charities but hes not doing it, a Scripps News investigation has found.
Schneidermans failure to require compliance with New York law and written instructions from his own office keeps the public in the dark about whether the foreign governments that gave money to the Clinton charities also had special access to Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state, experts in private foundation law say. New York state has long required more transparency from non-profits operating within its borders than many other regulators.
A Scripps Washington Bureau review of tax returns and regulatory filings found that year after year the Clinton charities have ignored New York law and related instructions. However, the office of Attorney General Schneiderman, a Democrat whom Hillary Clinton named to her campaign's leadership council in New York, did not respond to Scripps questions about the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), which has never publicly disclosed in New York filings the identity of its foreign government contributors or the amounts they give each year. Scripps also discovered CHAI did not report hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign government donations to the state. . .

Laws and taxes are for the little people...
Add another name to Trump’s “you will face my wrath if I am elected” list.
“Laws and taxes are for the little people...”
Yep, the Clinton’s are immune from the laws. The laws only apply to the little people.
I’m shocked to hear about selective prosecution coming out of Albany-
there is no law, only keep your slaves in check pharoah..
there is no law, only keep your slaves in check pharoah..
Schneiderman is more concerned about FanDuel and Draft Kings.
I am happy to keep repeating this as often as necessary...
It does not require an agency of government to pursue violations of the RICO statutes. NONE. Nor does it require any legislative or judicial member or their agents to do it.
Anyone can do it.
Now, I assume that if the individual or group filing the charges resides where the main criminals are, it would expedite things.
I live in California.
America appears to be entering what some have called the rise of "formless powers." Caesarism if you please. The general populace will completely degenerate to a state like the Egyptian Fellaheen attempting to work his little farm or business and to avoid the struggles at the top.
I’m shocked that Scripps Newspapers dug-up this story and ran with it.
She’s a loser. They’re trying to kick her to the curb.
The House of Representatives never voted consent to any acceptance of foreign government money by any organization in which Hillary was a principal.Consequently acceptance of all such money was unconstitutional, and legally didnt happen. Hillary and her family must divest of it. All of it.
Billy, you keep your big mouth shut if you want any more interns!
Yup....TRUMP OR BUST....maybe
How does the NY attorney general have jurisdiction over a federal 501(C)4 charity?
Come on. The Clinton's care about tax laws. Why else would they bother to deduct the charitable donation of Bill's old underwear?
I suspect Schneiderman may not yet be ready to meet Vince Foster or Ron Brown for lunch at this stage in his life.
Not surprising, inasmuch as both Clintons have always ignored the law, period.
And, of course, their suypporters and the media (sorry, I repeat myself) all support them.
New York’s top legal whore subpoenas Exxon, et al, over faux climate change but won’t investigate obvious financial wrong doing by his master!
Obama looked the other way about negative Clinton problems and Hillary looked the other way when Obama was breaking the law.
