Newly released emails suggest a senior Hillary Clinton aide stage-managed her first hearing on the Benghazi terrorist attack by feeding specific topics Clinton wanted to address to Democratic Sen. Robert Menendez, who at the time was acting chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.
"We wired it that Menendez would provide an opportunity to address two topics we needed to debunk (her actions/whereabouts on 9/11, and these email from Chris Stevens about moving locations,)" Clinton media gatekeeper Philippe Reines wrote to Chelsea Clinton the morning of the Jan. 23, 2013 hearing.

Is it against the Rules to “collude” for a hearing?
The writers do lay some IUDs, but they don’t really say that these types of communications to build a defense are actually against the law, or the rules.
This is party against party in these committee investigations and absolute chess is played from start to finish to advance the pieces on the table to bolster your side of the case on the table.
We know these Lefties are corrupt to the core already, but wouldn’t we expect a conservative witness to want investigative Republican committee members to help him advance his best case during questioning in a hearing?
