Really ? I’ll have to look into that. I’m making the plans to put one in my Cherokee. Looking for best firewall clearances and non-turbo behavior.

I would not do more than a 4 cyl Cummins in a cherokee... I am doing the 5.9 swap into a 77 K30, that motor is double the weight of a big block Chevy motor.

If you do not want to go 4bta or 6bta Cummins here is a guy that did a VW TDI. His adapters are quality work.

My 6bta arrived dressed on a pallet marked 1100 lbs. The 4bta is about 800 lbs.
