It’s been argued that Donald did not so much raise his fortune as ride on a fortune that he inherited and that the market blessed. And this is true. But again he did not p*ss it away either, as is very tempting to many people inheriting stunning and soaring riches. He kept it personally under wise management, and succeeded far more often than he failed.

No, it's not been argued, it's been alleged and asserted. In order to be "argued" there must exist some part of logic of fact. There is none.
