The California Legislature passed a controversial bill Wednesday which creates a new crime by criminalizing the distribution of secret recordings of confidential communication with a health care provider.

Well .. living in CA, I’m not surprised at anything the ultra-left govt of CA does.
Thanks to the leadership of the Gov., more than 4 million Repubs have left this state during his tenure. And, he just got re-elected.
So this new law protecting ABORTIONISTS is the last call for this state.
No health care “TRANSPARENCY” for you!
Doesn’t ObamaCare demand that all health records be turned over to the IRS?
so drug dealers are now going to benefit from misguided legislation if this , right?
if body part dealers can , why not? what a crazy state. aborting itself.
Any sort of criminal, looks to me.
But on the same tack, those cell phone videos that people take of police are also now made illegal.
Nope, they will tell you to leave their business immediately or be arrested for trespass.
This one is all one sided.
What good is technology if ya can’t use it? well, only the gubamint can.. to spy.. and indict.
California is a paradox.. so much potential, so much corruption.
