She’s using the VERY old : “I DON’T RECALL/I DON’T REMEMBER” line, that she used in the ‘90s! This has NOTHING at all to do with her health! As a lawyer, she KNOWS that saying “I DON’T RECALL” is better than lying under oath.

Her not remembering can be considered as a sign of senility. She's looking old and now we know she is having memory problems. She is not healthy enough to be president.
