FYI Applicant #2 is planning on a vacation to see her parents, the end of Sept.
From where she is now, she can't fly directly to Butuan, so was going to fly in to Davao, then bus up to Butuan.

A few minutes ago she told me about this bombing. She's now afraid to travel.

She was stationed in Davao prior to her current assignment in Roxas. She loved Davao, said it was very clean and safe compared to other places.

I think she'll be safe. Now to convince her. (How sucessful is convincing a Pinay of anything?)

That's strange. Philippine Air and Cebu Pacific both fly from Manila to Butuan City.
