I was just thinking of Wilson generally when I posted.
But now that I have done a quick review of Wilson's
tenure, I see that 1920 maybe parallels this election,
as Harding ran against Wilson's Progessive policies
more than against his opponent Cox. He campaigned
on a "return to normalcy" which could be equated with
"America-First".
