Rife with corruption and misuse of fed and state funds. All by administrators hired through *affirmative action* programs.

Few have been convicted....they all skate ....while the kids at the end of this food chain go without. Such is life in a large urban city.

I’ve always thought mandatory audits of individual school budgets/expendatures.

All school budgets and expenditures should be posted on line on a daily basis for full public view. In this way they could be audited by any citizen at any time.
