100 million dollar Facebook satellite onboard - poof!
Snicker... F’ Smuckerberg.
I read elsewhere that it was a 200 million dollar Israeli satellite, and Facebook was paying the Israeli's for some bandwidth on the satellite. Sabotage? Anyway as you say, poof!
Don’t worry if SpaceXs insurer is still Carpinteria, Calif.-based Starr Aviation, a division of Starr Indemnity & Liability Co then maybe Starr Aviation Executive Vice President Charles Rudd can write his companys customer a really big check for business interruption or whatever they call it when crap breaks or blows up.
Oh well. At least it wasn't something important.
