We as a people have to push back against forces trying to destroy us whether black on white violence or Islam or progressives in general.

One of the tactics used to weaken the Peoples' solidarity is by creating a crisis atmosphere in order to pit group against group, thereby inducing them to point fingers at each other, which ultimately servers to divert attention from our common Enemy.

With respect to race relations, there's a happy medium out there somewhere. I think Donald Trump is seeking it. I maintain that the self-indulgent "2 minutes of hate" broad-brushing that invariably occurs after every violent crime report is often counterproductive, no matter what side of the spectrum it might be coming from.

As for Idealism: America itself is an ideal, a "Patriot's Dream" which hasn't been fully achieved yet. I believe that Donald Trump wants to be a racial uniter, not a divider, and I think that statistical realities relating to crime can be honestly and candidly addressed without resorting to gratuitous racial antagonism.

Aside from that, "WWJD?" remains a valid question to ask when responding to such events, IMHO.
