They wouldn’t do that, his linemen are probably professionals at their jobs, even if he isn’t.

I have not watched professional sports of any kind since 1998. So I am not current with the various players these days.

Actually, the "OLE" block is used quite often, especially in pre-season, to help guide Prima-Dona QBs back into line.

Teams tolerate it with backup, marginal or troublemaker QBs.

Obviously you wouldn't see it with a franchise QB like Brady, but even John Elway was the recipient of this when he was a rookie.

many times the OL player will even let the Defense know he is going to let him run free.
