I.e., they've become politicized. 9 of 13 of our Federal Appellate courts have been politicized. The major news outlets save FOXNEWS, have been politicized. Half of the SCOTUS have been politicized.
While Democrats are doing whatever it takes to win, the Republican party is playing by Marquess of Queensberry rules.
