Back in May, recently divorced Congressman Alan Grayson, who was running to be the Democrat candidate for the US Senate in Florida, married Dena Minning, one of the candidates running for his Congressional seat. She immediately changed her last name to capitalize on his name recognition. On Tuesday night both were crushed. Alan Grayson came in a distant second in a five-man race with only 18% of the total votes cast. Dena Minning Grayson came in third in her race with almost 28% of the vote.

He would have been better off taking her name.
Alan Grayson has got to be one of maybe two absolute nastiest, incompetent democrats ever.
He promised to tie up the election with lawsuits had Cruz been the nominee on eligibility grounds.
Knowing him though he’ll be back. Just like Anthony Weiner, zero integrity.

I wonder if Grayson will beat this wife?
Hey, it’s a valid question.

Given the dems standards I have to ask, who did they actually elect? Perhaps the Graysons weren’t disgusting enough.

Unfortunately, Alan will be back, tanned and ready to be the next savior of the poor and downtrodden! He (don’t know about his wife) is addicted to government, the most dangerous mania I know!

Given the dems standards I have to ask, who did they actually elect? Actually, the Dems elected a marginally better candidate for the US Senate race, Rep. Patrick Murphy, a 2 term Florida Congress-critter. Personal wealth of $1million+ derives mutely from father's private construction company.
He defeated Col/Rep Alan West in 2012 in a newly drawn district that was heavier 'D' than before. Col. West has since moved to Texas so will not try to reclaim that seat this cycle.
