Since the fence is so short, I am assuming the geography on either side of the crossing is impenetrable or this will only move the refugees out of sight at the border.

Hard to believe the Russians allow these asylum seekers to pass thru on their way to Norway.
The border between Norway and Russia appears to be about 100 miles long. Even if you fenced it all the migrants could detour thru Finland or travel by boat along the coast. In winter you could cross on the ice.

200 meters long and 3.5 meters high Hahahahahahahaha! Bring an 11 foot ladder or sprint 2 football fields from the beginning to the end of the wall. Never mind the border is 136 miles and 14 miles of that is water. And it's only a hop, skip and a jump to go through the corner of Finland.
