The government does not have the right to set a minimum or maximum hourly rate of pay.

The minimum wage is always $0, no legislation will ever change that.

It doesn't matter what they have a right to do, it's whether we let them get away with it. And we've let them get away with it.

So what're we gonna do about it?

You are absolutely correct. But that point is lost on most people.

“The government does not have the right to set a minimum or maximum hourly rate of pay.”

That’s the real issue here. Just where in our Constitution is the “right to set compensation” listed? Anyway, in a perverse way these jobs leaving will help to some degree with alleviating traffic congestion and hasten the day when this once proud and first in the nation state, goes under. This state needs a hard financial crash to start to bring things back to where they need to be. Then, maybe we can start “deporting” all the East Coast Liberals and their $hit offspring back to New York, MA, Delaware, etc. who have came here and effed things up! Are you listening Babs and Nazi? Brooklyn and Baltimore are awaiting your return.
