In his case that taxpayer is all the residents of Santa Clara County who didn't vote themselves into servitude to build this a$$hole a new stadium, but are forced to pay for it thanks to the idiot sports fanatics who got the bond issue passed. Candlestick Park was never good enough for the 49er’s. I just wonder how long it will take for them to start pi$$ing and moaning about their new taxpayer-provided bull ring in Santa Clara. And BTW, to “make way” for this colossus, they had to raze the Aviation Department of San Jose State, which was a one-of-a-kind place for students to learn about aircraft maintenance.
