Wow. We had to have them put a wireless router in our basement. I am an idiot when it comes to this kind of thing, but I have to tell you that if it’s not working, it’s not working.
I don’t care what they claim. It took over seven or eight weeks for us to get cable here and that was despite that Mr. T notified them at least a month in advance of our move.
He ended up calling our selectmen’s office and threatened to call our state rep, who is now our senator.
