I’d think Moammar would have been a fairly decent president. His ideas in the graphic below would’ve worked well and better than anything the wun or democrats would do.
Don’t forget Kaddafi’s work with Water. He had begun to construct a massive dam to provide water for all of north Africa.
That’s shuttered now. Remember that water is a bigger control factor than oil or anything else. Kaddafi was going to green the desert.
