She wasn’t wise to follow her bf into that hellhole, but she was a kind and thoroughly decent person all the way to the end. I read that while she was captive (and a sex slave to the ISIS scumbags, may they all roast in hell) she passed up a chance to escape because she told two young Yazidi girls that their chances of getting away were better if she stayed behind (because she knew that ISIS would turn over the entire country to try to recapture an escaped American). The two Yazidi girls did succeed in escaping, while Kayla stayed behind and continued to suffer terribly. She was Christian to the end and defied her captors when they told media that she had converted to Islam — she denied it.
Medecins San Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders) wouldn’t lift a finger to try to help her, even though she was volunteering for them and was captured in their vehicle, because they said she did not “officially” work for them.

The father seemed to have “Barry” figured out a good while
ago. The mother appeared to act like a Democrat and thought
Obama & Kerry would fix things. - Hussein Obama is a
dam*ed lying hypocrite surrounded by a large group of the
same sorts as him. - “Doctors Without Borders” also seemed
to have abandoned this volunteer to the tender mercies of
ISIS. (Just in case anyone is thinking about volunteering
with DWB.) Be forewarned.
