I am glad they boast about their participation.
However, it was "common knowledge", and in press reports that this data had been subpoenaed and they should be legally charged with 'aiding and abetting criminal action', and 'facilitating criminal conduct'.
Due to "common knowledge" of the subpoena existance, they are accountable for their actions; the fact that a subpoena wasn't issued directly to them is 'moot'.
Then they boasted about their participation in a criminal enterprise , and should be punished for it
