The rigging will take place in the 11 most populous states, specifically within the large Democrat-held cities that will carry these states. That is all Hillary needs to win the Electoral College vote. I wonder if he has any proof about the Clinton Foundation dealing in human trafficking of underage children, something that was discussed here a week or so ago. Or maybe he has the proof about Bubba visiting Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile “Orgy Island” with Dershowitz, et al.
But even if there is proof, Dems still will vote for her. Pedophilia is a resume enhancer for them.

There was rampant provable voter fraud in the Bush elections, but he never looked into it. Maybe because he won. Still, disenfranchising anybody, especially the military, is inexcusable. Everything has to be on the up-and-up, no matter the outcome.

Definitely one of the possibilities. Another is that they are simply dumbfounded, everything they have tried has just increased Trump's momentum, and they are afraid to do anything else until they figure out a new game plan.
Another is that their internal polls show every time she makes an appearance, her numbers go down for any number of reasons, including that she looks very old and very sick, and that whenever she opens her mouth the whole world knows she is lying - again.
