RNC gnashes its collective teeth, saying, ‘Just wait until next election.’I've been a poll watcher since 2000 and there is voter fraud, but these machines are not on line and everyone would have to be programmed individually, not impossible but highly unlikely.
It's easier to pay off the LIVs with a couple packs of butts and a six pack.
