Bah. Name brand versus generic. Pharmacist quoted me outrageous price with name brand, IIRC north of $300. Got the generic for less than $20 each.

That would be a vial and a hypodermic needle. I hope you have had training for safely injecting yourself. Epipens are sealed and basically self administer. You need to clean the injection area, store the hypdermic needle, keep the vial cool and aside someplace. I wouldn’t trust my kids life on a $20 deal....

Doghorse is right...and try self administering (being able to pull to correct dose—from the script lable) when you are anaphaltic or you are administering to someone else). Scary doesn’t sum it up.
