Hillary Clinton will soon face questions under oath about the reasons she set up and maintained a private email server during her four years as secretary of state.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told the Washington Examiner that his group is preparing a set of written questions for Clinton as part of the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that has already extracted hundreds of documents from the State Department.
Fitton said the questionnaire, which Clinton will be forced to complete within 30 days of receipt, will drill down on the Democratic nominee's shifting stories about why she relied on an unauthorized email network.
Clinton once said she set up the server system for convenience, in order to carry just one device for both personal and work-related communications.

Deleting the emails is a felony charge of obstruction of justice.
All she will be required to do, is to make truthful statements. They may have no relevance to the questions asked.
First off Hillary won’t be answering anything. Her crooked lawyers will. And second- what do you do in this case when you don’t get actually get answers to your questions. When you get nothing but stonewalling.
Will they have to subpoena Condi and Colin to refute her testimony that she was following the advice of past Secretaries of State?
If she FAILS to answer she can be held in contempt of court. If she lies she can then be charged with perjury.

I’m sure it’s David “Mr. Evil Himself” Kendall (He’s been the Big clinton lawyer from Whitewater to the Lewinsky affair to the present Email Server drama) who gets the 30 days to answer actually. He’ll need all 30 days (And Nights)to compare all of her past replies to these present questions too. LOL!
