I saw a CNBC financial crimes segment on this guy: I believe Jeb Bush was on his board and was paid quite handsomely for doing something close to nothing. Turns out the company claimed it had manufactured housing plants in several parts of the world where they had never operated; apparently, some Board members never checked to see if they did.
