MSG is NOT good for anyone.Nonsense. Used in the proper proportion (5% of the amount of salt added) it is harmless.

Some ‘folks’ find using MSG does not necessarily harm them but does give them a headache. IIRC some folks have a dramatic reaction to it, life threatening The latter is most uncommon, but can occur.

I get migraines whenever I eat anything with it. So It doesn’t appear to be harmless to me. Of course there are always exceptions to every rule.
