Yes, just a tiny amount of msg gives me brutal migraines too. I avoid anything that might have it in. I thus can’t eat any broths or soups not made from scratch by myself, no crackers, no salty snacks (a very few are ok).

Hmm. I wonder why nobody has ever been able to replicate that effect? Perhaps it was some other ingredient, or an extreme overdose of MSG.
