Had no gut problems with either. KFC is cooked under high pressure.
If it were deep fried in fat I would know. My gut is extremely sensitive to fats.

Actually, KFC’s is “broasted”, meaning deep fried under high pressure. But properly prepared deep fried food is not at all greasy.
