Hillary is ALREADY incapacitated. She takes weekly
“vacations” for long naps. Of course, anyone needs their
rest; but Hillary has made a banquet of it.
She’s up to prancing onstage and running her mouth for a
while (as is Hussein Obama). She & Bill can hug & hold
hands like LLL (Long Lost Lovers) onstage; provided Bill
can stay awake long enough. The teleprompter is her best
buddy these days.
IF Bill does not “deliver” on his promise to make her
POTUS; he’s in hot water without a canoe. Sort of like
Vince Foster.
My definition of incapacitated is essentially almost Soviet-style “Kremlin flu”—staying out of public for very long stretches at a time. And I can really see Hillary on the very of being incapacitated like that given her neurological health issues.
