1. If Bush goes to New Orleans, we will say he is doing it for purely political reasons, is getting in the way of relief efforts, and obviously doesn’t care about these poor people.

2, If Bush doesn’t go to New Orleans, we will say there’s all the proof you need to see that Bush doesn’t care about black people.
