On the Canada side of the straight, or the US side?

Someone will be out of work soon.

But these submarines
are equipped with airbags, right?

(Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.)

The state of Washington will want the Navy to guarantee this will never happen again, and if it can’t, will ask the Navy to leave.

Maybe Obama was playing through.

I have no idea what has happened ... but the sophistication of our safety devices is such that ... like a sort of, "Run Silent, Run Deep"
, might have been an exercise to see how close the two could come
without touching.
Some disgruntled enemy reporter decided to use the word "collides" when it was probably a scrape.
Everything I just said is a pure guess,

as long as it wasn’t their “intention” to crash their vessels why shouldn’t both captains still be considered for admirals?
To: RitchieAprile
What the hell is an “offshore support vessel”?
To: Lower Deck
They’re called sub tenders, and are specifically used for underway replenishment and repair for subs.

Shouldn’t that read “Banger submarine collides....”?

It may be one of these:

They appear to be a multifunction support for riverine, SEALS, coastal patrol, etc...
I am speculating, but it may have been escorting the boomer out to the open sea.

In other news, a tugboat ‘COLLIDED’ with a barge crane on Lake Union causing fear, panic, and pandemonium to nearby Salmon. The EPA is investigating.

Theyre called sub tenders, and are specifically used for underway replenishment and repair for subs. Except the Navy calls sub tenders "sub tenders" and not "offshore support vessels". And the only two they have are in Guam and Diego Garcia.
It was probably one of these - Link
To: Bulwyf
K you started it. It must have been a female helmsman driving the sub.
