I can understand that this man’s death may have gone unmourned in some quarters, but at the inquest it was found that he acted alone:

The coroner said that CCTV footage proved that he acted alone, adding: “I rule out completely the action of any other person.” She also said: “It seems to me that at the time of his death he was actually very poorly.” She had no doubt he intended to jump in front of the train, although: “The state of his mental health at the time meant he lacked the necessary intent to categorise this as suicide.”

"at the time of his death he was actually very poorly.”

What is that supposed to mean?

“The state of his mental health at the time meant he lacked the necessary intent to categorise this as suicide.”

So, he committed suicide, but he didn't know he was committing suicide?

By the way, how was someone who was not there able to assess the mental state of the victim at the exact moment of his death?

Just think about old fashioned Capone style Chicago politics. The Chicago mob has run Hot Springs Arkansas since the early days of prohibition. Hitlery and “The Great ObamaNation” call Chicago their home town. Then ask “Who benefits?”.

“The state of his mental health at the time meant he lacked the necessary intent to categorise this as suicide.”

Sounds like a tortured attempt to let the family collect life insurance, so the don’t fight the findings in court. Or maybe because of a guilty conscience and a lingering shred of humanity.

If the Clintons/Obama manage to steal this election we can expect the number of prominent “critics” turning up dead to rise exponentially. The process will take a life of its own and the killing will continue to ramp up as lesser and lesser opponents are targeted. When it gets too much the Federal Police will start openly arresting and disappearing people by the thousands. All of us on FR are ultimately targets for the Clinton hoover.

Translated from the English ....

He was very ill and faced the Liverpool Pathway at the NHS

NHS = National Health Service

Liverpool Pathway = Quick trip from ward to morgue.

Well, I suppose the Hillary defense of lack of intent now extends to suicide.

I think it will happen before that. It's a sign of desperation. They are trying to do "damage control" (control by damage / threats, intimidation, etc.) so that they can steal the election.

That, too. It may reach dozens before the election. Then when she is “elected” it will quickly go to thousands, at least in the first phase. I hope we can respond by rebuilding the militias big time and fast.

He had been living as a self-admitted psychiatric in-patient but discharged himself from the hospital just an hour before his death.

Discharged himself and there might be some video evidence. Report from local paper.

Thanks. So, this makes three dead Assange lawyers?

Your article doesn’t list a cause of death. Hmmm.

Inquest rules that death of Julian Assange’s lawyer, John Jones QC, was not ‘suicide’, opening door to law suits https://t.co/WRJZLvT4S9

— WikiLeaks (@wikileaks) August 21, 2016

the article explains that the ruling was due to lack of certainty of intent

[C]oroner Mary Hassell […] was satisfied [from the CCTV footage] that “nobody else was involved”. Recording a narrative verdict, Ms Hassell said she could not be certain that Mr Jones intended to kill himself because the balance of his mind was affected. Ms Hassell said: “John Jones died instantaneously when he jumped in front of a moving train. However, the state of his mental health at the time meant that he lacked the necessary intent to categorise this as suicide.”
