The presidential candidate took the six-hour, 1,300-mile flight from the Iowa State Fair for Vernon Jordan’s 80th birthday celebration
Hillary’s husband Bill, US President Barack Obama, his wife Michelle and their daughters Sasha and Malia were also at party
Jordan, a civil-rights activist, attorney and business executive, advised Bill Clinton when he was president and has known the Obamas for decades
The three men and US Trade Representative Ron Kirk were pictured playing golf together on Martha’s Vineyard earlier on Saturday
At the same time Hillary was fending off criticism about using private email for government business
Speaking at Iowa State Fair, she insisted that prospective voters did not care about about her email account
I noticed. About 10-12 newspapers splashed about Vernon Jordan’s 2015 80th birthday at Martha’s Vineyard with the who’s who of the Dem Party, including Obamas and Hill & Bill.
I wondered if he was there this year. Couldn’t find a thing.
